Mahamaya : The World of Illusions

Advaita Vedanta is a school of philosophy articulated by Sankaracharya in India in the 8th century that holds that the world is an illusion and only the true adept is aware of the Reality. A virtual world like Second Life is an extremely "realistic" analogy for this unique perspective that I have tried to express through my Temple of Mahamaya -- the Great Illusion.
