I'm based in Lancashire, and am a 2D artist and starting in 3D modelling. I have several galleries and exhibitions in Second Life, look up Taxus Gustafson my avatar.
I'm finding SL can be fun but too many western conservatives are there trying to be something else and not quite bringing it off.
I was hoping to use SL to attract agents to my work to sell under licence to industry globally, it hasn't happened yet.
But I've had some valuable market research from it, and my work is getting noticed. And I can say it's probabaly more effecive than Facebook for advertisisng , but way behind Talentbase.
