Flash virtual world programer/s needed.

We are looking for a company that can put the functionality into our virtual world. The artwork, models and avatars are complete. The world features 21 rooms and 19 games that all revolve around a theme park environment. We need many of the same features as club penguin. We'd love to hear from anyone who can steer us in the right direction. There is a finished design document that outlines all aspects of the virtual world.
