Hello, just stopping by to introduce myself. I own an independent game studio (www.digitaldystopia.com) and currently working on a project for a social based virtual world and finishing a book on virtual reality for independent publishing. Looking forward to meeting like minded people. Cheers!

ARe you doing this just for fun? Or for work? What in the hell is a social based virtual world?
Would quake online be considered social? what do you mean by 'social".... superficially talkative?.....or willing]
to share deeper relations?

There is too much crap on VR. We need to build.... or employ. I am tired of the people just talking
and talking and none of their technologies work well.
