Looking for feedback on social networking mirror world on GMaps and GE

We are a startup based in NYC and we have just released our social-networking mirror world on top of Google Maps and Google Earth:

The Unype API is available free to any free website or educational
institution as an embeddable turn-key mirror-world.

Now you can invite your friends from Facebook, Bebo, Orkut, HI5, Ning and soon MySpace and share more location-marks, photos, videos, 3d models with them. You can meet new people, explore new areas, go sightseeing with your friends, play games, and soon, export your activities as a georss feed, import georss feeds automatically, slowly customize the environment just like Kaneva or similar systems. But we are currently working with our partners and building vertical applications on top of Unype, which will bring everyday practical applications into Unype, also in thanks to our proprietary massively-scalable multi-user server and event/action based server backend. You can also do most of these activities from Twitter. We also have programmable chat-bots (AIML-based).
